Our Commitment to Accessibility
HOTLINE LABS LTD (operating as LiveSkillsHub) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
This statement applies to the LiveSkillsHub website (www.liveskillshub.com) and platform.
Compliance Status
We aim to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.
The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA and AAA). We've chosen Level AA as our target.
During our development phase, we're actively working toward full compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. As we build new features, we test them for accessibility to ensure they meet our standards.
Accessibility Features
We've designed our website with accessibility in mind and included the following features:

- Skip to main content links for keyboard users
- Logical heading structure to organise content
- Clear, simple language where possible

Technical Specifications
Our website relies on the following technologies to work:
- HTML

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.
Assessment Methods
We assess the accessibility of our website through a combination of methods, including:
- Self-evaluation using WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a benchmark
- Automated testing tools to identify basic accessibility issues
- Manual keyboard testing to ensure all functionality is accessible without a mouse
- Testing with screen readers (NVDA and VoiceOver)
- User testing with individuals who have various disabilities
Known Limitations
While we strive to ensure that our website is as accessible as possible, there may be some limitations:
- Some older content may not fully meet the latest accessibility standards
- Third-party content that we don't control may not meet the same accessibility standards
- Some interactive elements in the beta platform are still being optimised for accessibility
We are actively working to address these limitations and improve accessibility across our website and platform.
